About Caddie Durrett Eroglu

Caddie Durrett Eroglu joined Durrett & David Risk Management in 2019 as the Chief Administrative and Operations Officer.

Previously, Caddie worked for Epic, a healthcare software company, based in Wisconsin. Her most recent position moved her to Helsinki, Finland where she managed the contract between Epic and 30 Finnish hospitals, 40 public health stations, and 50 social services’ offices united under an organization called Apotti. In addition to creating and managing a requirements management process, deliverable verification and payment process, and educating Epic employees on the contract, Caddie also managed the software translation process into Finnish and Swedish. Before Caddie’s move to Helsinki, she worked as Epic’s Pricing Coordinator where she managed requests from current and prospective clients seeking new software licenses and features.

After graduating from Kenyon College with a BA in History in 2012, Caddie taught first and second grade at Greenwich Academy in Connecticut and received her Masters in Childhood Education from Manhattanville College in New York.

When not working, Caddie enjoys chasing after her son, playing soccer with her husband, and eating all of the Turkish food her mother-in-law makes.
